3 in a Row

There's never been a more exciting time to be a Boston sports fan. The Red Sox won the world series last year, the Patriots almost went undefeated, and the Celtics are the best they've been in years. Last night the Celtics beat Miami following wins against the Hornets and Suns. I was actually at the Suns game and it was so intense. You can tell everyone is getting really excited for the playoffs and it was great to see the Celts take charge and win 117-97. It's going to get exciting in about a month when the playoffs take place. I can't think of a better time to be a Boston sports fan in my lifetime. Can you?

Red Sox

The Red Sox finished their season opening series in Japan yesterday. They split two games with the Oakland A's. The first game was intense and went down to the wire, ending with the Red Sox winning, but the second wasn't so hot. Overall though, the Sox looked pretty good for the first series of the year. A lot of people are predicting the Indians will make it to the World Series this year, but I don't really think they're going to get past the mighty Red Sox. Maybe that's just because I'm from Boston though. What do you think?

A Formal Introduction

So, this is my blog. I think it's only appropriate to first share a little bit about myself:

I am currently a Junior attending the University of Massachusetts Lowell. I am majoring in both Criminal Justice and Psychology and am still pretty unsure of what I want to do after school. Initially, I had been leading towards police work, but I've changed my mind over the years and decided I like psychology better. Most likely I will continue on to graduate school to study further in the field of psychology before finishing school and focusing on working. Right now, I currently work for a company called RuffaloCODY as a caller. We call and do fundraising for various different schools across the country and I'm pretty good at it. Besides work and school, I like to play a lot of basketball and xbox 360. I spend a lot of time on Halo at night when I should probably be sleeping. This pretty much sums up what I do with all of my time. I've included a picture of myself below:
